Bill is thrilled to return to PTC after previous appearances in Man of La Mancha and Sunset Boulevard. He’s appeared on television: “Saperstein” in Starz’ Gravity opposite Ving Rhames; the French ambassador, Gossip Girl. Over 9,400 performances on Broadway: Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere), A Chorus Line (Al), Sweeney Todd(Pirelli), 42nd Street (Bert Barry), Home Sweet Homer(Melios), Ain’t Broadway GrandEvita and Most Happy Fella (Giuseppe). As playwright, Mr. Nabel was a finalist for the American Academy of Arts and Letters Richard Rodgers Prize for Take Me America, a new musical, which premiered at the Village Theatre in Seattle. His play, Lying to Spielberg, was a NAPP selection at Utah Shakespeare Festival. Latest projects: world’s first cryogenic musical, Love on Ice; a play, Love, Loss and What I Drove. Following The Philadelphia Story, he goes to Carnegie Hall in New York for Andre Previn’s opera, A Streetcar Named Desire.
