Richard most recently served as the Assistant Resident Choreographer for Billy Elliot the Musical, touring in the United States, Canada and Brazil. In 2005, Richard performed with the International Asia tour of Grease the Musical, which was featured at the 2007 Macau International Music Festival in China. He also performed in the National Tours of Fiddler on the Roof,The Pajama Game and numerous regional productions across the country. Richard is the Artistic Adviser for the Northeast Ballet Co., the resident ballet company of Proctors Theater in Schenectady, NY. He serves as the Assistant Director for their annual Nutcracker and has performed as guest artist in the roles of Nutcracker, Snow Prince and the Cavalier. www.richardgatta.com
