Pioneer Theatre Company Presents
SOMETHING’S AFOOT

James McDonald, David Vos and Robert Gerlach.

Pioneer Theatre Company presents the musical whodunit Something’s Afoot, September 20 through October 5, 2013, at Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre.
Combine Agatha Christie’s most ingenious murder mystery plot with a deliriously dizzy musical score and what do you get? A delightful musical where the bodies pile up between songs and the young lovers don’t know whether to kiss or run for cover.
“I saw Something’s Afoot years ago, and was completely charmed by its refreshing and original score and story,” says PTC Artistic Director Karen Azenberg. “I’ve wanted to direct it ever since. When I came on board in 2012, I knew it was a piece that Salt Lake City audiences would love as much as I do.”
