PTC offers U of U Student Rush for “Chess” in Concert

U of U Students May “Rush” CHESS-Concert Version
Limited number of Student Rush tickets will be available for popular musical.

SALT LAKE CITY – Pioneer Theatre Company continues its popular concert series with Chess, written by members of the pop music group ABBA, running for three performances only, March 10 – March 11, 2017 at Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre.

A limited number of “rush” tickets will be available for University of Utah students at $5 each, one hour before curtain time. Limit is two tickets per student.

The best availability will be Saturday, March 11 matinee at 2:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 11 evening at 7:30 p.m.

Students must have a validated University ID. This offer does not extend to non-University of Utah students.

What is a “Concert Version?” This is the entire show, fully cast, with scripts-in-hand and an
on-stage orchestra. The show contains strong language.
