BockhornCRAIG BOCKHORN* (Craig Conlin) is very pleased to reprise the role of Craig Conlin which he originated here at PTC. Mr. Bockhorn has also been seen at PTC in: O Pioneers, A Tale of Two Cities, A Streetcar Named Desire, The Front Page, Art, The Cripple of Innishmaan, Dinner with Friends, Cyrano de Bergerac,Julius Caesar, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Our Town.  Broadway credits include: On Golden Pond(also the Kennedy Center and National Tour), The Lonesome West and Prelude to a Kiss. Also in New York Mr. Bockhorn has appeared in: King Lear, The Seagull, Kit Marlowe (Public Theatre), The Hope Zoneand The Truth-Teller (Circle Rep.) Cohen2JOYCE COHEN* (Daisy Coates) has appeared on the PTC stage in many shows including Black Comedy,Hamlet, Our Town, Arcadia, Othello, A Streetcar Named Desire, Enchanted April and Copenhagen. Broadway: Once a Catholic. Off-Broadway: Mint Theater Company, Playwrights Horizons and Westside Arts. Regional: People’s Light & Theatre Co., Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Peterborough Players, the Public Theatre, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Plan-B Theatre, the Salt Lake Acting Company and Sundance Film and Theatre Labs. She has numerous commercial, TV and film credits including High School Musical, SLC Punk, The Dance,Pixel Perfect, The Adventures of Food Boy,Independence Day, Touched By an Angel, Everwoodand Archie Bunker’s Place. Joyce received a Utah Arts Council grant to create Mystery: This is the Place, a mystery radio drama set in Utah.

CHERYL GAYSUNAS* (Sarah McKay) Cheryl Gaysunas was first cast by Chuck Morey in Pioneer Theatre Company’s production of Communicating Doors, in which she played Phoebe, a rather unskilled dominatrix. On the first day of rehearsal, Cheryl met and fell in love with the Assistant Stage Manager, Jeff Williams. She convinced Jeff to move to NYC, where they married and then had a lovely little girl that they named Phoebe, who has yet to read the play for which she is named. Jeff was then asked to return to PTC as the Production Stage Manager, and Cheryl has since had the great luxury to work at this theatre with her husband, while raising their fabulous child. All of this is directly and indirectly because of Chuck. Cheryl is forever grateful.
KiernanPAUL KIERNAN* (Henry Mills) appeared with Pioneer Theatre Company in Emma, The Tempest, The Diary of Anne Frank, Twelve Angry Men, Romeo & Juliet, Pride and Prejudice and Amadeus, among others. At SLAC, Paul has been seen in Freedomland, The Memory of Water, The Beard of Avon, The Water Project and Seeing the Elephant. Other credits include:Romeo and Juliet (Friar Lawrence) with Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival; Julius Caesar (Brutus) with Salt Lake Shakespeare; Cyrano (Hangar Theatre, Ithaca). Other productions include Macbeth, The Tempest, As You Like It and Much Ado About Nothing with the Shakespeare Theatre of St. Louis. TV and film credits include Disney’s Luck of the Irish, The Maldonado Miracle, Ice Spiders and the HBO series From the Earth to the Moon. A proud member of AEA, Paul has an MFA from Brandeis University.
KoenigJACK KOENIG* (Gordon Page) made his PTC debut in A Christmas Story. On Broadway, he spent three years in The Lion King as standby for the leading role of Scar. Since leaving that production he has been very busy, working on Broadway (The Pitmen Paintersand Accent on Youth); off-Broadway (Incident at Vichy,The Cocktail Party and The Grand Manner); a baker’s dozen in regional theaters, including Race, Private Lives and Heartbreak House (NH Theatre Award); and four world premieres, including Clementine in the Lower 9 at TheatreWorks in California. He received a Drama Desk Award for the off-Broadway playTabletop. TV: Sex and the City, Now and Again, The Education of Max Bickford, various soaps, and all threeLaw & Order programs. He is a graduate of Utah State University-Eastern and first year in the Actor Training Program the U, where he recently appeared in Hair in the Babcock Theatre. Past shows include The King and I, 1776, Our Town,Sweeney Todd, Dead Man’s Cell Phone andEndgame.
ANDERSON MATTHEWS* (Richfield Hawksley) most recently appeared here as the Stage Manager in Our Town. Other PTC shows include The Three Musketeers, As You Like It, You Can’t Take It With You, Noises Off and Is He Dead? Other regional credits include Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Cincinnati Playhouse, Hartford Stage, Arena Stage, Old Globe, and Contemporary American Theatre Festival. Broadway credits include Pater Ustinov’sBeethoven’s 10th and The Robber Bridegroom. Off-Broadway credits include Driving Miss Daisy, Ten By Tennessee and Arcadia at Lincoln Center. Way off-Broadway he appeared at London’s Old Vic in The Cradle Will Rock. Television credits include Law & Order and The Equalizer.
MellenKYMBERLY MELLEN* (Susannah Huntsmen) is thrilled to be continuing at Pioneer Theatre Company following Emma. Performance credits include Utah Shakespeare Festival (A Midsummer Night’s Dream,Richard III, Much Ado About Nothing, Macbeth). Regional: Writers’ Theatre, Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre, Court Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, Northlight Theatre and Milwaukee Rep. Film credits include: The Unborn, Boy with Blue and Joseph: Prophet of the Restoration. She has received Chicago’s Joseph Jefferson Award and been named “Creative Chicagoan of the Year” by theChicago Sun Times. She received her BFA from BYU and her MFA from The Theatre School at DePaul University. Love to all the Mellenheads.
MeltonLAURA INNES MELTON (Karma Schneider) is a senior in the University of Utah Actor Training Program thrilled to return to PTC after recently appearing inEmma. Previous roles in the Babcock Theatre include Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, the Porter inMacbeth and Nicole in The Would-Be Gentleman.Laura was also seen in Studio 115 as Rhonda inAlmost, Maine.
ANDY RINDLISBACH* (Braun Oakes) appeared at Pioneer Theatre Company in The Tempest, The Diary of Anne Frank, Hamlet, Our Town and Othello as well as understudying for Touch(ed) and Twelve Angry Men. Favorite roles include Telemachus in The Odyssey with Meat and Potato Theatre Co. and Billy inThe Cripple of Inishmaan at the U of U’s Studio 115. He has worked locally with Plan-B, SLAC, Salt Lake Shakespeare and Hale Centre Theatre. He also performed at Kingsbury Hall in 2009 with Bobby McFerrin. Film and TV credits include Disney’sMinutemen and Dadnapped, 17 Miracles and One Good Man. He holds a BFA in theatre from the U of U’s Actor Training Program. Thanks to Jackie. SteitzerJEFF STEITZER* (Vernon Volker) is delighted to be returning to Pioneer Theatre Company where, last January, he directed Black Comedy. Jeff has appeared on Broadway (Inherit the Wind with Christopher Plummer and Brian Dennehy, and Mary Poppins), in film (Georgia, Delivered, The Beaver, The Beans of Egypt Maine), on TV (The Fugitive, 30 Rock, Law & Order), at regional theatres across the country, including The Old Globe, Geva, Yale Rep., Seattle Rep., Intiman Theatre, Long Wharf, the Mint, Arizona Theatre co., and for the past 10 years has been the Multiplayer Voice of God in HALO for Microsoft’s XBox.
