JaronBarneyJARON BARNEY (Clive) is thrilled to be back at PTC after appearing in A Christmas Carol: The Musical last year. Jaron is a senior in the musical theatre program at the University of Utah. University credits include: Melchior Gabor in Spring Awakening, Mr. Black in Lippa’s The Wild Party, and Man One in Songs For a New World. Thanks to my family, PTC, and U Theatre Department!
RichieCallRICHIE CALL (Dr. Grayburn) Richie is happy to return to PTC after playing Mac in The Philadelphia Story last season and Osric in Hamlet in 2010. New York credits include: Borachio in Much Ado About Nothing(American Globe Theatre) and Francisco in Hamlet(Gorilla Rep). Richie is an Assistant Professor of Acting at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He has an MFA in Acting from Rutgers University.
PaulCastreePAUL CASTREE* (Flint) Paul was an original cast member of the Broadway productions of 9 to 5, Young Frankenstein, High Fidelity, All Shook Up, Saturday Night Fever, Footloose, The Scarlet Pimpernel andGrease!. He was also the lead vocalist stand-by forMovin’ Out. As Jinx in the Off-Broadway, Los Angeles, and Toronto productions of Forever Plaid, Paul received an L.A. Ovation award and Canada’s Dora Award. National tour: Bye Bye Birdie. New York City Opera: The Most Happy Fella. Regional: Carousel, Virginia Opera; The Music Man, Maltz Jupiter Theatre;Frog Kiss, Virginia Stage Co; Pop!, Yale Repertory Theatre; … Forum, Williamstown Theatre Festival. TV: Caroline in the City. Paul was featured in The Actors’ Fund concerts of Dreamgirls and Hair and their subsequent Grammy nominated recordings.
LauraHall LAURA HALL* (Hope) Laura is thrilled to be back at PTC, playing another British ingenue! Last Christmas, you saw her break Scrooge’s heart as Emily in A Christmas Carol: The Musical. Laura made her Broadway debut in Frank Wildhorn’s Wonderland. Regionally, she’s been in The Marvelous Wonderettesat the Gem Theatre in Detroit, Urban Cowboy at Gateway Playhouse, Junie B. Jones with Theatreworks USA, and performances with the Cincinnati Pops. Laura also tours internationally with the musical theatre sketch comedy group The Water Coolers. BFA from CCM. WillRay WILL RAY* (Geoffrey) Will is thrilled to be making his Pioneer Theatre Company debut with Something’s Afoot. Will was seen throughout the country in the First National Tour of Little House on the Prairie the musical, staring Melissa Gilbert. Off-Broadway, he portrayed the role of John Truit in Meet Me in St. Louis(Irish Repertory Theatre) and originated the role of Will, in Balls… The Musical!?! (NYMF, The Lion Theatre). Other favorite roles include Chris in Miss Saigon, Lt. Joe Cable in South Pacific, Edward Ferrars in Sense and Sensibility, Enjolras in Les Misérables, and Malcom in The Full Monty. Will has also performed as a featured soloist in concert halls around the world with such orchestras that include the Cincinnati Pops, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. Will is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. Alan Ayckbourn), The Cocoanuts, Romeo and Juliet,Disney’s Hercules.  She’s toured in Moon Over Buffalo, done World Premieres of And the Curtain Rises at the Signature, as well as To the Lighthouse at Berkley Rep. (American Theatre Critics Nomination). Regionally, she’s worked with The Shakespeare Theatre in DC, Pittsburgh Public, Portland Stage, Indiana Repertory Theatre, Barrington Stage, Studio Arena, PaperMill Playhouse, Goodspeed, Arizona Theatre Co., Fulton Theatre and two seasons with Alabama Shakespeare Festival.
