SYNPOSIS: Silver-tongued traveling salesman Harold Hill rides into River City, Iowa, expecting to be able to fleece the townspeople into buying band instruments and uniforms and then making a quick getaway on the midnight train out of town, but he doesn’t anticipate meeting, and falling in love with, Marian the Librarian.
