Cocktail #1: Let It Snow
- Ice
- 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz. Crème de Cacao
- Splash of Milk
- Shake and strain
Cocktail #2: The Fezziwig
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- ½ oz. Cranberry Simply Syrup*
- Dash of Orange Bitters (or any flavor)
- Stir, and pour over ice
Cocktail #3: The Anatevka
- 2 oz. of Bourbon over ice
- 2 oz. of Apple Cider
- Dash of Orange Bitters (or any flavor)
- Strain over ice
- Cinnamon stick garnish
Cocktail #4: The SparkleJolly (non-alcoholic)
- Equal parts Orange Juice and Pomegranate Juice
- Dash of Cranberry Simple Syrup*
- Shake and pour over ice
- Splash of Ginger Ale, just before serving
- Garnish with a candy cane
Cranberry Simple Syrup
In a pot, put:
- 2-1/2 c of Cranberries
- 1 c Sugar
- Juice from ½ of an Orange
- 1 c Water
Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, just until berries are moist…when one pops, it’s ready to pull off.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Eric’s Wreaths
Supplies:
- Use any greenery from around your home! Holly leaves and berries, Box elder leaves, fir, etc.
- Make or purchase a wreath form (frame), or make one from a hanger, wire, foil, or cardboard.
- Floral wire (24 gauge) in any color, preferably green.
- Optional: burlap strips, pinecones, ornaments

- Chocolate for melting
- Toppings (sprinkles, crushed peppermint pieces, crumbled cookies, mini chocolate or butterscotch chips, mini-marshmallows)
- Plastic spoons
- If using for a gift, put two spoons, two packets of hot chocolate mix, and some mini-marshmallows in a cellophane bag and tie with a festive ribbon for a hot chocolate kit!)
