Grant is delighted to return to the Beehive State, having performed at the Utah Shakespeare Festival on several occasions — appearing as Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew, Orsino in Twelfth Night, Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility and as the title role in Macbeth, among others. National Tours include: The Merchant of Venice starring F. Murray Abraham. Off-Broadway: Antony and CleopatraThe Merchant of Venice (Theatre for a New Audience); King LearThe Iliad (Lincoln Center); Richard II (Pearl Theatre); Pericles (Red Bull). Regional: Yale Repertory, Shakespeare Theatre Company (Washington, D.C.), Chicago Shakespeare Theater, The Old Globe, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Milwaukee Repertory, Arizona Theatre Company, Court Theatre (Chicago), PlayMaker’s Repertory, Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Indiana Repertory, Syracuse Stage and the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, among many others. Film & Television: “As the World Turns,” “Sex and the City.” Training: NYU. Later this spring, Goodman will appear in Heartbreak House directed by Tony Award Winner Darko Tresnjak at Hartford Stage.
