Miles is a countertenor, and occasional transplant from the operatic stage. He sings Renaissance, Baroque, and 20th-century opera, and concert works by Bach, Handel, Dowland, Vivaldi, Britten and others. He sings the world over, in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East. Favorite roles include Ottone in Monterverdi’s Poppea, Rinaldo in Handel’sRinaldo and Oberon in Benjamin Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
