PTC’s 2021 Reboot Plans

For all of our dedicated and fantastic patrons – we are unfortunately unable to move forward with our initial 2021 plans. While we will have a new season schedule to announce in the next few months, after much thought, we feel it only fair to square your account today so we can start the process of re-subscribing to a new season but with a clean slate:
We would like to offer 2021 subscribers one of three options to accommodate your recent purchase:
  • a full REFUND of your season subscription (as well as a refund of any extra single tickets you purchased) OR single ticket purchases;
  • the opportunity to convert your purchase into a TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATION that helps sustain PTC through this challenging time; or,
  • a GIFT CERTIFICATE for the amount you’ve spent that will be good for the next five years.

We will accommodate every person who is holding any kind of PTC ticket – whether you are a season subscriber or a single ticket holder, we want you to choose what’s best for you.

Please note: If you are a season subscriber AND have single ticket purchases, you are still considered a season subscriber. If you ONLY have single ticket purchases, you are a single ticket holder.
